Are you the

Preferably we are looking for consultants with two to eight years of experience and a good understanding of project delivery and/or sales.

Strong analytical skills and affinity to data.

Multiple years of professional experience in a role at the interface of business, technology and/or finance.
Consulting background is plus.
Experience in managing and delivery of cross functional projects in large corporations.

Track record in client relation building and sales is a plus.

Associate: you have just started your professional consulting career and are step-by-step taking over small working packages which you are responsible for. You are working on a project team with Ellix partners who will support you to master the learning curve.
Senior Associate: based on your previous working experiences and your deepened specialized knowledge you have the skills to manage larger and more complex sub-projects or your own projects. You are an important point of contact to the client, working closely with the team to successfully complete the project.
Project Manager: In addition to your project delivery and consulting expertise, you have extended your leadership skills
and you are able to manage a consulting team on your own.
You are responsible for managing projects from the initial phase throughout the realization and closing phases. You are responsible to identify additional project demand together with our customers.
Engagement Manager: after your successful role as project manager your focus will shift to building up a long and trustful relationship with existing or new clients. You furthermore act
as a role model for younger consultants who need your mentoring and guidance to also grow within Ellix.
