sfinx – the ITFM solution on ServiceNow
sfinx is our flagship ITFM service and product on ServiceNow, built from 20 years of IT Financial Management and TBM experience. We distilled what truly works in real organisations and removed what typically makes ITFM initiatives complex, lengthy and costly. The result is a practical, value-driven ITFM implementation that focuses on outcomes, adoption and decision support—not theoretical perfection.
With sfinx, clients can get ITFM live on ServiceNow in 3–6 months and establish the foundation for consistent tech steering across services, projects and products. sfinx is also the base for a growing portfolio of products, accelerators and AI agents that push Tech Steering further.
Service & Cost Model Design – TBM + CSDM
We design and structure our customers’ service and project portfolios using the Common ServiceNow Data Model (CSDM), aligned with TBM standards. We actively shape these standards in collaboration with ServiceNow and the TBM Council, bringing our best practices into their design and evolution. The resulting service models connect portfolios, finance, CMDB/configurations, assets and operations, creating a coherent link between processes and workflows to steer cost, value and capacity across demand, portfolio, financials and delivery, while integrating with other core systems such as ERP.
ServiceNow Delivery for Tech Steering – ITFM, SPM, EA, FinOps
We implement core ServiceNow applications for Tech Steering: IT Financial Management (ITFM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Enterprise Architecture (EA) and FinOps (CCM). We look beyond pure tooling functionality to enable end-to-end processes horizontally and anchor ServiceNow capabilities in clear governance, so they work effectively in our clients’ environments.
