Freedom: We choose our work consciously and think independently. We take the freedom to challenge the status quo and look beyond the obvious, especially when we see organisations diligently following processes and frameworks but not realising the value they expect. At the same time, we avoid oversimplifying when structures are genuinely complex.

Respect: We listen first and work closely with our clients as part of their teams. We work with experts on the client side and respect them as experts, bringing our outside perspective to complement, not override, their knowledge. We know that many initiatives fail because standards are rolled out blindly. Having seen many environments, from global matrix organisations to decentralised groups of legal entities, we know that context matters, and we therefore do not follow the herd or simply implement frameworks, but always adapt them carefully to the specific context.
