As a consultant, you work in business advisory focused on tech steering and transformation, close to CIOs, CFOs and business leaders.
You will:
- Design tech steering frameworks based on TBM and ITFM.
- Structure portfolios of products, services and projects, and link them to value
- Work on cases – perform analyses, build and test hypotheses, develop solutions and create narratives.
- Lead or support client transformation journeys from today’s reality to higher maturity.

Be a maker.
As a maker, you are the technical consultant and engineer who turns concepts into reality on ServiceNow.
You will:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for tech steering in the respective client context, especially ITFM (sfinx), SPM, EA and FinOps.
- As an architect, make sure that what we design can be used every day by our clients and unlock real value.
- Translate advisory concepts into practical data models, algorithms, workflows and dashboards.
- Design and implement service models using the Common ServiceNow Data Model (CSDM).
Your work ensures that steering is not just a slide deck – it’s something clients live in ServiceNow every day.
Become a pioneer.
As a pioneer, you already bring experience as a consultant or maker in our company. This allows you to work at the core of our business: developing products, accelerators and AI agents on ServiceNow that meet market needs.
You work at the intersection of consulting and engineering, combining consultant insights with maker experience to create scalable solutions.
You will:
- Help build and evolve products like sfinx – IT Financial Management on ServiceNow.
- Turn advisory and delivery experience into reusable platform content, workflows and modules.
- Explore automation and AI on ServiceNow to support technology steering.
- Work with clients and internal teams to test, refine and scale solutions.

Are you the

Preferably we are looking for consultants with experience, and a good understanding of project delivery and/or sales.
Our ideal candidate will be open-minded, collaborative, and available to start right away.
Your core skills:
Degree in computer science, engineering, business or comparable discipline.
Strong analytical skills and data proficiency.

Fluent in English, German or French is a strong plus.

Professional experience at the interface of business, technology, and/or finance.
Experience in management consulting, internal consulting or strategy / transformation roles.
Proven skills in hypothesis building and problem solving, data analysis and synthesis, story lining, slide writing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Experience in delivering cross-functional projects in large organisations.
Skills in business analysis, requirements engineering and agile project delivery.
Track record in client relation building and sales is a plus.
Experience in IT finance, portfolio management, technology strategy or related disciplines.
Your profile as a maker.
Professional experience in technical consulting, solution engineering or platform implementation.
Hand-on experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms (e.g. workflow/ITSM/ ITOM/ PPM tools) – or a strong motivation to specialise in ServiceNow.
Practical skills in designing and configuring applications, workflows and data models, integrating systems, working with APIs, scripting or low-code / no-code tools.
Experience in implementing cross-functional solutions across IT and business.
Skills in requirements engineering, solution design and agile delivery.
Experience with IFTM/TBM, SPM, EA, FinOps or financial steering tools (e.g. Apptio, MagicOrange) is a strong plus.
Interest in product development and AI / automation on ServiceNow is a plus, especially for the pioneer path.

Tech Steering & Transformation Consultants (Business Advisory):
you work with CIOs, CFOs and business leaders on Tech Steering & Transformation. You design TBM/ITFM-based steering frameworks, structure portfolios of products, services and projects, and lead or support transformation journeys from today’s reality to a higher maturity.
Entry: ~2–4 years in consulting, strategy or transformation.
Senior: ~5–8 years with clear experience at the interface of business, technology and/or finance.
ServiceNow Makers (Technical Engineering & Implementation):
You turn concepts into reality on ServiceNow. You implement ITFM (sfinx), SPM, EA & FinOps, build CSDM-based service models, integrate with systems like ERPs, and ensure solutions are usable every day by controllers, portfolio managers and operations teams.
Entry: ~2–4 years in technical consulting or platform implementation.
Senior: ~5–8 years, ideally with solid ServiceNow or similar platform experience.
